Am 16. Juni 1950 wurde Prinzessin Béatrice Marie Caroline Louise Françoise von Bourbon-beiden-Sizilien in Saint-Raphaël, Var, Frankreich geboren. Die Prinzessin war das erste Kind von Prinz Ferdinando von Bourbon-beiden-Sizilien, Herzog von Castro (1926-2008), und Prinzessin Chantal von Bourbon-beiden-Sizilien (1925-2004; geb. Chevron-Villette), die 1949 heirateten. Béatrice hatte zwei jüngere Geschwister: Prinzessin Anne (geb. 1957) und Prinz Carlo (geb. 1963).

Mitte der 1970er Jahre lernte Béatrice den Erben des Bonaparte-Vermächtnisses, Prinz Charles Napoléon (geb. 19. Oktober 1950), kennen. Die Bourbon-Prinzessin und der Bonaparte-Prinz verliebten sich und beschlossen zu heiraten. Charles und Béatrice verärgerten ihre jeweiligen Eltern, den Prinzen und die Prinzessin Napoléon sowie den Herzog und die Herzogin von Castro, indem sie am 18. Dezember 1978 im 5. Arrondissement von Paris eine standesamtliche Trauung schlossen. Die einzigen Gäste bei der Hochzeit waren die Eltern des Paares und ihre Trauzeugen. Das Paar lehnte eine römisch-katholische Zeremonie ab; eine Segnung fand jedoch in strengster Intimität statt. Ein Empfang zur Feier der Bonaparte/Bourbon-Hochzeit wurde von der Schwester der Braut, Prinzessin Anne, und damals Madame Jacques Chochin ausgerichtet. Charles arbeitete für eine internationale Bank. Béatrice gab ihre Stelle in einem politischen Sekretariat auf und begann eine Karriere bei einer Fluggesellschaft. Abgesehen von ihrer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft für Politik legte das Paar auch großen Wert auf Privatsphäre für sich und seine Kinder. Keine gemeinsamen Fotos von Béatrice und Charles wurden jemals an die Medien weitergegeben.

Béatrice und Charles hatten zwei Kinder: Prinzessin Caroline Marie Constance Napoléon (* 24. Oktober 1980 in Paris) und Prinz Jean-Christophe Louis Ferdinand Albéric Napoléon (* 11. Juli 1986 in Saint-Raphaël, Var). Nach zehn Jahren Ehe ließen sich Prinzessin Béatrice und ihr Mann am 2. Mai 1989 scheiden. Béatrice heiratete nie wieder.

Princess Béatrice remained very close to her former parents-in-law, the Prince and Princess Napoléon. Béatrice devoted her activities to being a mother to her two children and engaging in various historical and charitable causes. After the death of the Countess of Paris in 2003, Princess Béatrice succeeded Madame as the President of the Prix Hugues-Capet. The prize was created in 1994 by Jacques-Henri Auclair, the President of Unité Capétienne Association. In 2006, Béatrice co-wrote Votre Mariage Royale with Cyrille Boulay.

On 27 June 2009 at Neuilly-sur-Seine, Princess Caroline Napoléon civilly married Eric Querenet-Onfroy de Breville (b.28 June 1971), son of François Querenet-Onfroy de Breville and Christiane de Vaugelas. The couple celebrated their religious wedding on 19 September 2009 at the Basilica Pontificia Santa Maria dell’Assunta in Castellabate nel Cilento, Salerno. Caroline and Eric have two children: Elvire (b.8 August 2010) and Augustin (b.12 February 2013).
On 17 October 2019 at Neuilly-sur-Seine, Prince Jean-Christophe Napoléon civilly married Countess Olympia von und zu Arco-Zinneberg (b.1988), daughter of Count Riprand von und zu Arco-Zinneberg and Archduchess Maria Beatrix of Austria-Este. The couple celebrated their religious wedding on 19 October 2019 at the Cathedral of Saint-Louis des Invalides in Paris.
Princess Béatrice of Bourbon-Two Sicilies lives in France.
